All is Swell 🔥
Well folx, we did it. We survived Venus in detriment during Scorpio season (my natal Venus) which had some heavy tones of (too) much seriousness (fixed energy)- those shadows of unhealthy relational dynamics came creeping in for many of us it would seem.
I am ready to welcome Venus rising into the archetype of the bon savant- Sagittarius, wandering wise soul of the earth, burning fires around which we can gather and tell our stories of love’s adventures in far away places.
The Centaur speaks to freedom and I believe Venus wants to claim space for higher horizons at times, so you just have to let the arrow fly and land where it wants. Sagittarius also rules Chiron, and is known as the wounded healer.
With this mutable, interpersonal fire energy, Venus can more easily find reason to make Jove and help spread the warmth of our spirits in the ever darkening season- one more month until the winter solstice. One word I think of for this archetype is: engagement (not a reference to marriage) - the practice of engaging with the world around us as an active love story.
That is why we need to stoke and tend the fires of our desires, create communal love, cultivate faith in fate and free will, and revel in this wild intense party we call life ❤️🔥
Because this party is fun, funny, beautiful and tragic, so let’s engage in the love, make music, share our stories of wisdom, and make merry. Perhaps take on a foreign lover? 😏😎
